  • Elliott Garlock

    PARTNER

    Elliott has 15 years of executive and talent leadership. Most recently he was head of Talent at Clear Street (a fintech achieving a $1.7B valuation in 4 years), where he grew the talent acquisition team from two to 15 people and doubled the headcount in a year.

    Prior to Clear Street, Elliott was head of strategic talent sourcing and employer branding at Wayfair and Talent Strategy Business Partner at Bridgewater Associates. Before moving into the talent space, Elliott was the Chief Executive Officer of NanoIntegris, an advanced materials startup, where he lead the restructuring and sale of the company. Elliott has a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

  • Brendan Florez

    PARTNER

    Brendan has over 15 years of executive and talent leadership. Most recently he was head of Talent Management at Clear Street, where he lead the development of an organization-wide business operating system and built its overall talent and people analytics strategies. He is also currently a Venture Partner at Purpose Built, a venture studio.

    Prior to Clear Street, Brendan was the Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Operations for a Missouri-based family office with ~$1B in assets and Senior Relationship Manager at Bridgewater Associates. Earlier in his career, Brendan was the founder & CEO of Base Capital, a company focused on quantifying and valuing human capital, and President & COO of Polyera, a semiconductor company. Brendan has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.

  • Prasad Pathak

    Prior to Stella, Prasad spent two years in management consulting at ZS Associates working on Web, Data Engineering, and Salesforce projects for Big Pharma. He has his Bachelor’s in Engineering from The Maharashtra Institution of Technology and is currently getting his Masters in Information Systems from Northeastern University. | LinkedIn
